  Monies needed to underwrite costs for:
  • T-Shirts ($2,500)
  • Printing ($500)
  • Chaperones (20 @ $500 scholarship =$10,000 Total)
    (Actual Cost 20 x $1,875 = $40,840)
  • Participants (80 @$250 scholarship =$20,000 Total)
    (Actual Cost 80 x $1,802 = $144,160)

  • 2- 50' 220v Electrical Cords
  • Small Freezer
  • Hot Dog Cooker
  • Commercial, portable Popcorn Machine
  • 3 Medium Size Ice Chests for Beverages and Food
  • 1 30 Cup Coffee Makers (Coffee, Hot Water & Cider)
